Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2025

Adslytics is a specialist digital analytics agency delivering services including Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation and auditing, GA4 setup and configuration, conversion tracking, server-side tagging, data layer development, consent mode implementation, marketing pixels, Looker Studio dashboards, and related analytics consulting. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are considered for our services.

1. General Principles

1.1 Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the service, the stage of work completed, and whether deliverables were provided in accordance with the agreed scope.

1.2 Because analytics implementation and consulting services involve significant specialist labour (research, configuration, testing, and documentation), refunds are not available once work has been substantially completed or delivered.

1.3 Our goal is to resolve all project concerns through revision, clarification, or remediation before any refund is considered. If you have a concern with a deliverable, please contact us first.

2. Project-Based Services (GTM Setup, GA4 Implementation, Conversion Tracking, etc.)

2.1 A deposit paid to initiate a project is non-refundable once discovery, scoping, or configuration work has begun.

2.2 If Adslytics is unable to commence work within the agreed timeline due to our own constraints, the client is entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid.

2.3 If a completed deliverable (e.g. a GTM audit report, a configured GA4 property, a conversion tracking setup) significantly fails to meet the agreed written specification, we will first attempt to remediate the issue. If remediation is not possible, a partial or full refund for that deliverable may be considered at our discretion.

2.4 Refunds will not be issued for completed and delivered work where the client has approved the deliverable or has begun using it in production.

3. Analytics Audits (GTM Audit, GA4 Audit, Tracking Audit)

3.1 Audit reports are research and documentation deliverables. Once an audit report has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

3.2 If significant factual errors are identified in a delivered audit report, Adslytics will correct and re-issue the report at no additional charge.

4. Retainer and Ongoing Support Services

4.1 Monthly retainer fees cover a defined block of analytics support, consulting, or maintenance hours. Fees for hours already worked within a retainer period are non-refundable.

4.2 Unused retainer hours are not carried forward unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4.3 Either party may cancel a retainer arrangement with 30 days written notice. Fees paid for any period beyond the 30-day notice period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

5. Server-Side Tagging and Infrastructure Setup

5.1 If server-side tagging setup or cloud infrastructure configuration has been provisioned (e.g. Google Cloud Run, Stape.io, or equivalent), associated platform costs incurred by Adslytics on the client's behalf are non-refundable.

5.2 Labour fees for server-side implementation work are refundable only if work has not commenced at the time the cancellation is requested.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

6.1 Change of business direction, change of mind, or a decision to use an alternative vendor after work has commenced.

6.2 Dissatisfaction arising from the client's inability or delay in providing required access (GTM container access, GA4 property access, website CMS access, data layer documentation, ad account access, etc.).

6.3 Issues caused by third-party platform limitations, changes by Google or other vendors to their analytics products, or factors outside Adslytics' control.

6.4 Projects where the client has been non-responsive for more than 45 days.

6.5 Any third-party costs (e.g. Google Cloud credits, tagging server subscriptions, or platform licences) procured on the client's behalf are non-refundable.

7. Project Hold Requests

Clients who need to pause a project for personal or business reasons may request a project hold in writing. Work in progress will be preserved, and the project can resume at an agreed future date. Held project fees are not refunded but remain credited toward the held engagement.

8. Refund Request Process

8.1 To request a refund, contact us in writing at info@adslytics.io or call , describing the nature of the concern and the specific deliverable(s) involved.

8.2 Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days. We will communicate our decision and, where a refund is declined, explain the reasoning.

8.3 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

9. Policy Updates

Adslytics reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date and take effect immediately.
