Standard GTM page view triggers fire on DOMContentLoaded — which in a React app means once on initial load only. Without SPA-aware GTM implementation, GA4 reports every session as a single-page visit, conversion tags fire only on the first page load, and any route-specific analytics are completely absent from your reports.
